From The President

Level 1 General ConstructionMy name is Todd Torbert. My wife, Julie, and I own Level 1 General Construction, LLC. We started this business because we felt a calling to be of service to those in need. One of the needs we see all too often after a storm is the need to restore commercial and residential structures after they have been damaged. We created Level 1 to do this work with a spirit of honor and a heart of servitude. We desire to serve people by meeting their storm restoration needs, whether that means a repair to your home or restoration at a large-scale commercial complex.

Level 1 is a general contractor. That means you don’t have to deal with a different company for each type of work that needs to be done. You work only with us. We bring in our trusted subcontractors, and we coordinate and supervise the work. We complete the work as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality. Best of all, your insurance company will pay for it and we help with that, too.

Our project managers are some of the best in the business, and each one is an experienced inspector. From the moment you call us, we will make your needs a priority. We explain the procedures, answer questions, keep you informed, and act in your best interest at every stage of the restoration process.

We maintain a reputation for honesty and integrity in an industry where it can be difficult to know who to trust. We are members of state and national contractors’ associations and have excellent ratings with the local Better Business Bureaus. Our skilled labor and subcontractors are professionals with whom we have longstanding relationships, and we stand behind the quality of their work. In addition, we are bonded and fully insured, so you never have to worry about having our people on your property.
